Saturday Hatha Vinyasa

Every Saturday, 8am-9am PST / 11pm-12pm EST

Hatha Vinyasa is a more vigorous style online yoga class with props. Deep alignment cueing to challenging you in postures standing poses, inverting and arm balancing.

Props:

  • Blocks

  • Strap

  • Blanket

Modifications will be offered.

Slow Flow and Restorative

Every Wednesday at 4:30pm-5:30pm PST / 7:30pm-830pm EST

Pausing these classes for a bit.

In this slow flow and restorative style yoga class set deep intentions, breath intentionally, and have more time in poses. This class is intended to be healing and restoring physically, mentally and energetically.

Recommended props:

  • Blocks (or books)

  • Blanket or bolster

  • Strap (you could even use a belt)
